配电网静止无功发生器 (D- STATCOM)是电能质量技术的重要组成部分 ,控制器系统作为其关键部分 ,直接影响到 D- STATCOM的运行性能。该文介绍了特定谐波消除算法 (SHE- PWM)的基本原理和 D- STATCOM控制系统的硬件和软件构成 ,利用 PSCAD仿真软件分析了 D-STATCOM在各种工作情况下的控制效果 ,并应用数字信号处理器 (DSP)设计了相角和脉宽精度达到 0 .0 1°的 D-STATCOM 控制器和脉冲发生器。仿真结果表明 D-STATCOM性能优越 ,满足配电系统的要求 ;SHE- PWM算法很好地消除了输出电压、电流中的 5 ,7,11次谐波。实验结果验证了 D- STATCOM多 CPU控制系统的设计正确可行。
Distribution Static Reactive Power Generator (D-STATCOM) is an important part of power quality technology. The controller system as a key part of it directly affects the operation performance of D-STATCOM. This paper introduces the basic principles of the specific harmonic elimination algorithm (SHE-PWM) and the hardware and software constitution of the D-STATCOM control system. The control effect of D-STATCOM under various working conditions is analyzed by using PSCAD simulation software. Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) D-STATCOM controllers and pulse generators with phase angles and pulse width accuracies up to 0.01 ° are designed. The simulation results show that the D-STATCOM has superior performance and meets the requirements of power distribution system. The SHE-PWM algorithm can well eliminate the 5th, 7th and 11th harmonics in the output voltage and current. The experimental results verify that the design of D-STATCOM multi-CPU control system is correct and feasible.
