目的分析品管圈用于降低门诊西药房调剂差错率的价值。方法回顾性分析医院门诊实施品管圈活动前(2014年前)与实施品管圈活动后(2014年后)医院门诊西药房调剂差错率情况,并对该方法的临床应用价值进行判断。结果实施品管圈活动后的西药房调剂差错率为0(0/6 473)明显低于实施前的0.20%(13/6 509),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.314,P=0.013)。结论将品管圈活动应用在门诊西药房调剂差错率控制中,能有效避免出现调剂差错问题,保证临床治疗顺利完成,因此具有良好的临床应用价值,应该得到相关人员的重视。
Objective To analyze the value of quality control loop for reducing the error rate of dispensing in outpatient western pharmacy. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the error rate of the adjustment of hospital pharmacy western pharmacies before the implementation of quality control circle (before 2014) and the quality control circle (after 2014) in the outpatient clinic, and the clinical application value of the method was judged. Results The error rate of western pharmacy was 0 (0/6 473) after implementation of QC activities was significantly lower than 0.20% (13/6 509) before implementation, the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 10.314, P = 0.013). Conclusion The application of QA activities in the error rate control of outpatient western pharmacy can effectively avoid the problem of medication errors and ensure the successful completion of clinical treatment. Therefore, it has good clinical value and should be valued by relevant personnel.
