门诊患者的输液工作,月均输液量万余人次。工作量大、环境嘈杂、患者多种多样、流动频繁、儿童患者陪护多、穿刺要求高等因素,给输液管理提出更高的要求。我院输液室采用RCA针对以往静脉输液过程中发生的问题,对各输液环节出现的护理缺陷进行分析,找出存在的问题,结合本科室的工作特点,制定静脉输液各环节的安全防范流程,严格制度落实[1],加强对护士沟通意识及能力的培养,并将交流沟通纳入到静脉输液的操作流程中,对输液患者进行护理安全防范管理,使门诊静脉输液质量得以控制,门诊输液患者满意度明显提高。
