哈萨克族的饮食习俗是在相对封闭的社会环境中产生的,它适应了特定的草原文化需求。随着生产力的发展和生产方式的不断更新,饮食习俗如何适应现代文明,已成为民俗文化研究的一个重要课题。针对哈萨克族饮食习俗中对民族发展起着消极作用的几种典型饮食,分析其中的不足和缺点,寻求阻碍民族发展与进步的根本原因,并提出了加强宣传教育,树立科学饮食观的对策。
Kazakh food habits are generated in a relatively closed social environment, it adapted to the specific needs of grassland culture. With the development of productive forces and the continuous updating of production methods, how to adapt to the modern civilization has become an important topic of folk culture research. Aiming at the several typical diets which have a negative effect on the national development in the Kazakh food customs, the paper analyzes the shortcomings and shortcomings, and seeks the root causes which hinder the development and progress of the nationalities. It also puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the propaganda and education and establish a scientific dietary outlook.
