随着企业人力资源管理与开发的深化,人本管理等新的理念在企业管理中不断得到首肯,企业加大了对无形资产的经营与管理,越来越依赖人力资源的深厚积淀和信息资源的增值及再创造。而支持企业发展壮大的重要手段之一,就是行之有效的员工培训,这就给企业的培训部门提供了无限的创造空间。因此,当代国有大中型企业的领导者已将企业的员工培训作为企业以人为本战略思想的组成部分,是人力资源管理与开发必不可少的重要环节。如何适应现代企业发展的需要,作为企业内的培训部门,利用好优化组合、竞聘上岗的同时,必须更新理念、转换角色,把重塑企业培训者这支队伍作为首要问题来考虑。
