采用内淋巴囊切开减压并耳后动脉分支蒂瓣吻合术治疗感音神经性聋15例,随诊12例,5例听力稳定提高15dB,有效率为41.7％。
15 cases of sensorineural deafness were treated with endolymphatic sac incision and decompression and pedicle flap anastomosis of auricular ear. After 12 cases were followed up, the hearing stability of 5 cases was improved by 15dB and the effective rate was 41.7%.
