为探索低阶型煤热解半焦的利用途径,完善低阶型煤技术,开展了低阶型煤热解半焦制备活性炭的研究。考察了型煤热解温度、活化温度、活化时间、活化剂流量、活化剂组成等因素对活性炭收率及吸附性能的影响规律,并对不同活化气氛制备的活性炭进行了孔结构分析,获得了低阶型煤热解半焦制备活性炭的最佳工艺参数。
In order to explore the use of low-grade coal pyrolysis of semi-coke, improve low-grade coal technology, carried out low-grade coal pyrolysis of semi-coke preparation of activated carbon. The effects of pyrolysis temperature, activation temperature, activation time, activator flux and activator composition on the yield and adsorption properties of activated carbon were investigated. The pore structure of activated carbon prepared under different activation atmospheres was investigated. The optimum process parameters for preparing activated carbon from low rank briquette pyrolysis.
