最近几年来,我国农业产业化龙头企业发展势头良好,但是其人力资源管理方式相对滞后,仍停留在人事管理阶段。这种情况下,龙头企业很难应对多变的经济环境。在本文中,笔者从农业产业化龙头企业人力资源管理的现状入手,总结其存在的问题,并从战略的角度提出优化与改良措施,为农业产业化龙头企业的发展提供有价值的参考资料。
In recent years, China’s agricultural industrialization leading enterprises have enjoyed a good momentum of development. However, their human resources management methods lag behind and remain in the personnel management stage. Under such circumstances, it is very difficult for the leading enterprises to cope with the volatile economic environment. In this paper, the author starts with the status quo of human resources management in the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization, sums up the existing problems and puts forward the optimization and improvement measures from the strategic point of view, providing valuable reference materials for the development of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization.
