利用-NCO封端的聚氨酯预聚体对环氧树脂(EP)进行改性制备聚氨酯/环氧树脂复合材料,再加入BN粒子作为无机填料对复合材料改性。结果表明:改性后的复合材料力学性能、耐磨性、热稳定性均得到了提高,当BN粒子的加入量为复合材料的4%时,复合材料的冲击强度为23.691 k J/m2,拉伸强度为65.61 MPa,均达到最大值;当BN粒子的加入量为复合材料的4%时磨损量达到最小值且热稳定性能最佳。
Polyurethane / epoxy composites were prepared by modifying epoxy resin (EP) with -NCO terminated polyurethane prepolymer, and BN particles were added as inorganic filler to modify the composites. The results show that the mechanical properties, wear resistance and thermal stability of the modified composites are improved. The impact strength of the composites is 23.691 kJ / m2 when BN particles content is 4% The tensile strength reached 65.61 MPa, both reaching the maximum value. When the amount of BN particles was 4% of the composite, the wear loss reached the minimum and the thermal stability was the best.
