内蒙古产权交易中心(以下简称”中心”)成立于2002年12月24日，注 册资本金550万元。“中心”下设一家子公司(呼和浩特产权交易中心)和 两家分支机构(包头交易所、通辽交易所)。“中心”是内蒙古自治区唯一 一家自治区级产权交易机构，是自治区国资委、监察厅、工商局指定的国 有、集体产权唯一合法交易机构。“中心”还是中国北方产权共同市场的理 事单位，中国黄河流域共同市场股东单位，分别与北京、天津、成都、浙江 等多家产权交易机构形成战略合作关系。“中心”实行会员制，“中心”和 会员共同为进场交易的企业、行政事业单位、个人提供会计、审计、评估、 法律、拍卖、招投标、担保等一系列配套增值服务。
Inner Mongolia Property Rights Exchange Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”) was established on December 24, 2002 with a registered capital of 5.5 million yuan. “Center” under a subsidiary (Hohhot Property Exchange Center) and two branches (Baotou Exchange, Tongliao Exchange). “Center” is the only autonomous region-level property rights trading institution in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the only legitimate trading institution designated by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of the autonomous region for state-owned and collective property rights. The Center is also the governing unit of the property rights common market in northern China and the shareholder unit of China’s Yellow River Basin Common Market, forming strategic cooperative relations with a number of property rights trading institutions in Beijing, Tianjin, Chengdu and Zhejiang respectively. The center implements the membership system. The center and its members jointly provide a series of supporting value-added services such as accounting, auditing, evaluation, legal, auction, bidding and guarantee for the enterprises, administrative institutions and individuals entering the trading market.
