采用ＩＦＡ、ＲＴＰＣＲ法观察了柯萨奇Ｂ组病毒（ＣＢＶ）５型在Ｈｅｐ２细胞内的增殖动态。ＣＢＶ感染细胞后４ｈ可检出病毒ＲＮＡ，８ｈ可检出病毒抗原，１２ｈ可观察到细胞病变，２０ｈ可检出病毒颗粒。结果为ＣＢＶ增殖特性的研究提供了新的资料，并指出ＰＣＲ是监测ＣＢＶ增殖的敏感方法。
Using IFA, RT PCR method was observed Coxsackie virus (CBV) 5 proliferation in Hep 2 cells. The virus RNA was detected 4 h after CBV infection and the virus antigen was detected 8 h later. The cytopathic effect was observed at 12 h and the virus particles were detected at 20 h. The results provide new information for CBV proliferation and indicate that PCR is a sensitive method to monitor the proliferation of CBV.
