Chinese President Xi Jinping， also General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Chairman of the Central Military Commission， presents the heads of the People’s Liberation Army （PLA） Academy of Military Science with the military fl ag at a ceremony in Beijing on July 19.
