目的 观察比较非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NAION)与前部缺血性视神经病变(AION)的眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)早期视盘充盈的显著性差异及特殊性,以提示临床上对这两类病变的早期鉴别诊断。方法 用FFA常规技术,随机抽取正常对照组28例,视盘血管炎12例,急性视神经炎12例,前部缺血性视神经病变27例进行统计学对照分析。结果NAION与正常对照组早期平均荧光充盈时间无显著性差异(P<0.10-0.20),AION与正常对照组早期平均荧光充盈时间延长2秒钟以上(P<0.01-0.05),视网膜中央动脉早期显影时间至少延长3秒钟以上,具高度显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论 仔细观察视盘筛板前区FFA早期血管充盈模式,提供早期鉴别NAION与AION两类病变的诊断依据。
Objective To compare the significant differences and particularities of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) with early optic disc filling between non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) and anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (AION) On the early diagnosis of these two types of lesions. Methods FFA routine technique was used to randomly select 28 cases of normal control group, 12 cases of optic disc vasculitis, 12 cases of acute optic neuritis, 27 cases of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy for statistical analysis. Results There was no significant difference in the average fluorescence filling time between NAION group and normal control group (P <0.10-0.20). The average fluorescence filling time of AION group was longer than 2 seconds (P <0.01-0.05) in the early stage of central retinal artery Development time extended for at least 3 seconds, with a highly significant difference (P <0.001). Conclusions The FFA early vessel filling mode in the prefractional area of the optic disc is carefully observed to provide a basis for the early identification of two types of lesions, NAION and AION.
