本文用纯化空气流加热除碳法,使 Al_2O_3中的碳含量从130×10~(-6)减少到50×10~(-6)60×10~(-6)。用这种 Al_2O_3和含碳量为100×10~(-6)—150×10~(-6)的 Y_2O_3的熔料生长出无气泡和无光弥散区的长度在150mm 以上的 Nd∶YAlO_3单晶。
In this paper, carbon removal from Al 2 O 3 was reduced from 130 × 10 -6 to 50 × 10 -6 -6 × 10 -6 by heating and removing carbon by air flow. With this kind of Al_2O_3 and Y_2O_3 melts with carbon content of 100 × 10 -6 -650 × 10 -6, Nd:YAlO_3 single crystals with length of 150mm or more without bubbles and no-light diffusion were grown crystal.
