在电子产品工艺中,波峰焊接是主要的焊接方法之一。波峰焊机控制系统的性能直接影响到电子产品的焊接质量。本文介绍了基于S7-200 PLC的波峰焊机控制系统总体设计方案,主要包括硬件系统设计、软件系统设计、控制算法研究等等。硬件系统包含步进电机控制模块、通信模块、温度采样模块等几个主要模块,软件系统包含上位机软件和下位机软件。文章对基于继电反馈的模糊PID参数自整定算法进行了深入的研究。
Wave soldering is one of the major soldering methods in electronic product technology. Wave soldering machine control system performance directly affects the quality of the welding of electronic products. This paper introduces the overall design of wave soldering machine control system based on S7-200 PLC, including hardware system design, software system design, control algorithm research and so on. The hardware system includes several main modules, such as stepper motor control module, communication module and temperature sampling module. The software system includes host computer software and lower computer software. The article makes an in-depth research on the self-tuning algorithm of fuzzy PID parameters based on relay feedback.
