随着课程改革的推进,有些地区出台了符合新课程改革要求的升学考试改革方案,有些地方也出现了一些较激进的想法。如,在广东省十届人大三次会议上,有11位人大代表提出了《关于建立广东高校自主招生制度的议案》,建议把广东作为“高考特区”,逐步实现高校招生的自主化,把统一性命题转化为高校自行命题,把统一命题改为分散性命题,把统一时间考试改为分期分批考试,分期分批录取。考改后一年四季都有人入学,有人毕业。这些较激进声音要求我们对升学考试评价的文化进行正确的认识。
With the advancement of the curriculum reform, some regions have promulgated the entrance examination reform program that meets the requirements of the new curriculum reform. In some places, some more radical ideas have emerged. These more radical voices require us to have a correct understanding of the culture of evaluation of entrance exams.
