面对“一带一路”的新机遇和新挑战,那些已经“走出去”多年的业内人士有很多话可以说。本刊特别推出“一带一路”先锋者说系列稿件,为大家分享前人的经验。作为该系列文章的第一篇,本文在剖析发电央企国际化现状与不足的基础上,探索构建世界一流跨国能源公司的评价体系,同时提出了路径选择的建议。在多年的发展历程中,以发电为主业的中央企业(以下简称“发电央企”)积极“走出去”。特别是近两年来,在世界经济复苏乏力和能源结构转型的大背景下,随着中国经济进入新常态并积极推进“一带一路”倡议,发电央企呈现出加速国际化的态势。
Faced with the new opportunities and new challenges in the Belt and Road initiative, those in the industry who have been “going out” for many years can say so. Our special launch “One Belt One Road ” Pioneer said series of manuscripts, to share the experience of our predecessors. As the first article of this series, based on the analysis of the status quo and deficiencies of the centralization of central SOEs in power generation, this paper explores the evaluation system for building a world-class multinational energy company and puts forward suggestions on route selection. In the course of many years of development, the central enterprises (mainly referred to as “power generation central enterprises”) that take power generation as the mainstay actively “go global”. Especially in the past two years, with the sluggish economic recovery in the world and the structural transformation of energy structure, with the Chinese economy entering a new normal and actively promoting the “Belt and Road Initiative,” power generation central enterprises have shown a tendency to accelerate their internationalization.
