长期以来,农村中学语文教学受片面追求升学率的影响,人们(?)是用期中、期末或毕业考试对学生的学习质量进行成就性、总结性评价,以此来评定教学活动的得失、成败、进步大小,区别等第等。这种评价实质上就是一张卷子定高低的评价方法,它违背了教学规律。因为这种评价是单向的,大多只侧重知识,忽视能力,常常带有主观性、盲目性、偶然性,是不科学的。光靠考试来评价学生是不利于培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力的。
