报告选取新疆教育学院1232小学科学1班、1232小学科学2班、1292小学科学、1292初中物理、1292初中化学、1292初中生物六个班参加两年制少数民族双语培训学员作为研究对象,随机取样,共发放问卷150份,收回有效问卷137份,问卷的有效率达到92%,访谈专家四人,培训的双语学员54人。随机抽取样本时照顾到性别、年龄、教龄及学科等方面的差异。
