如何促进学生的健康成长、全面发展,一直是每所学校、每位老师、每个家长的共同心愿和追求,也是社会发展迫切需要解决的一个问题。为实现这一目标,许多学校都在竭尽所能、想方设法创设条件,而在许多方法中,“十星”评比往往成为不少学校的首选之举。“十星”评比的内涵界定“十星”评比的内涵基本上都会围绕学生的“德、智、体、美、劳”等方面而设定。目前来看,一般从德育方面、智育方面、体育方面、美育方面进行、劳育方面进行,也有跨越不同领域而设定,如特长之星;同时,评比的对象也不再局限于某些方面比较优秀的同学之间的横向比较,还延伸到一个学生在不同阶段表现的纵向比较。在实际操作中,许多学校往往会在这些方面中选取十个作为对学生评比

In many ways, the “ten star” rating has often become the preferred choice for many schools. The connotation of the “Ten Stars” appraisal “10 Stars” appraisal is basically based on students’ “ethics, intelligence, body, beauty, and labor”.
