骨肉瘤、软骨肉瘤和骨纤维肉瘤等是骨科常见的原发性恶性骨肿瘤,统称为骨肉瘤,发展快、预后差,且多见于青少年,故更令人关注。既往对本病采用放疗、化疗或手术治疗方法,但存活率低。寻找一种安全有效的治疗方法乃是当前骨肿瘤研究的一个重要课题。近年来,随着内分泌学的发展,尤其是下丘脑多肽激素——促黄体生成激素释放激素(LRH 或LHRH)及生长抑制素(Somatostatin,SS)的分离、鉴定和人工合成的成功,为使用LRH和/或SS 治疗骨肉瘤开辟了新的途径。目前已有许多研究,本文作摘要介绍。
Osteosarcoma, chondrosarcoma, and fibrosarcoma are common primary malignant bone tumors in the orthopaedics. They are collectively referred to as osteosarcomas. They are rapidly developed and have poor prognosis. They are more common in young people and are more of a concern. In the past, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or surgical treatment was used for the disease, but the survival rate was low. Finding a safe and effective treatment is an important issue in the current bone tumor research. In recent years, with the development of endocrinology, the success of the separation, identification, and artificial synthesis of hypothalamic polypeptide hormones, luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LRH or LHRH) and somatostatin (SS), has been used. Treatment of osteosarcoma with LRH and/or SS opens up new avenues. There are many studies at present, and this article gives a brief introduction.
