目的:观察含富血小板纤维蛋白(rich platelet fibrin,PRF)骨粉在即刻种植种植体周围诱导骨组织再生的作用。方法:随机选取即刻种植的单颗前牙40例,分为两组,实验组20例,植入PRF/Bio-oss骨粉,对照组20例,植入Bio-oss骨粉,通过CBCT比较术后两组新骨密度、厚度与高度。结果:即刻种植术12、16、20周,CBCT检查结果发现实验组新骨密度、厚度、高度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PRF/Bio-oss骨粉在即刻种植种植体周围诱导骨组织再生的作用明显高于Bio-oss骨粉。PRF/Bio-oss骨粉具有较好的临床应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the role of PRF bone meal in inducing bone regeneration around implants immediately after implants. Methods: Forty cases of immediately implanted anterior teeth were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group consisted of 20 cases of PRF / Bio-oss bone meal and 20 cases of control group. Bio-oss bone meal was implanted and compared by CBCT Two new bone density, thickness and height. Results: At 12, 16, and 20 weeks after immediate implantation, the new bone density, thickness and height of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05) by CBCT examination. CONCLUSION: The effect of PRF / Bio-oss bone meal on inducing bone tissue regeneration around immediate implants was significantly higher than that of Bio-oss bone meal. PRF / Bio-oss bone meal has a good clinical value.
