我校位于广州的城乡结合部,社会转型、体制变迁、农村城市化等宏观因素促使城乡结合部发生剧烈变化,城乡二元结构错综复杂的现状既丰富了本社区的教育资源,同时也增加了小学教育的难度。学校生源三分之二为流动儿童,这些儿童远离家乡,文化与本土存在差异,许多学生家长忙于打工,关爱不足。家庭教育脱节、学生间智力发展客观上存在的差异、学习方法及投入的精力各异,造成各种类型学生在学习过程中呈现出相当不均衡的态势。
The macroeconomic factors such as social transformation, institutional changes and rural urbanization in our school in Guangzhou have led to drastic changes in the urban-rural integration.
