在目前市场经济体制的宏观调控下,人们逐渐意识到企业“有控则强,失控则弱、无控必乱”。内部控制作为现代企业稳健发展的稳定器,在企业的生存和发展中显然具有十分重要的意义。本文从目前广告传媒企业内部控制可能出现的问题进行分析,并针对问题提出应对策略,以促进企业完善内部控制机制,推动国内外内部控制理论体系的逐渐完善。
Under the current macroeconomic regulation and control of the market economy, people are gradually realizing that enterprises have “strong control but weak control and no control over chaos.” As a stabilizer of the steady development of modern enterprises, internal control obviously has a very important meaning in the survival and development of enterprises. This article analyzes the problems that may appear in the internal control of advertising media companies and puts forward countermeasures according to the problems so as to promote the improvement of the internal control mechanism and the gradual improvement of the theoretical system of internal control both at home and abroad.
