对不同成熟度和品种 (系 )的小麦种子活力测定结果表明 :种子活力能反映不同成熟度的小麦种子及其品种 (系 )间的生理差异。活力在成熟期达到高峰。活力指数与电导率呈显著负相关 ( y =1 88.1 77- 0 .2 75x ,r=- 0 .91 1 8 )。活力指数与Tz法测定的光密度呈显著正相关 ( y =0 .42 5+ 0 .0 0 0 8x ,r=0 .90 91 )
The results of seed vigor determination of wheat with different maturity and varieties (lines) showed that seed vigor could reflect the physiological differences among different maturity wheat varieties and their varieties (lines). Vitality peaked at maturity. There was a significant negative correlation between the vitality index and the conductivity (y = 1 88.1 77-0.2 75x, r = -0.91 1 8). There was a significant positive correlation between the vitality index and the optical density measured by the Tz method (y = 0.42 5 + 0.080x, r = 0.9091)
