针对掘进机星轮装载机构传统设计过程中存在的问题,建立了星轮优化设计的数学模型。考虑装载效率作为性能约束条件,使其满足生产要求。并利用MATLAB软件编写了掘进机星轮遗传算法优化设计程序,绘制出各代最佳适应度值线图,在获得可靠的星轮装载机构的同时,使求解过程简化,设计更趋于合理,从而为掘进机星轮的设计提供了理论参考和借鉴。
Aiming at the problems existed in the traditional design process of roadheading machine, the mathematical model of star wheel optimal design was established. Consider loading efficiency as a performance constraint to meet production requirements. In this paper, the optimization design program of the roadheader genetic algorithm based on MATLAB is compiled and the optimal fitness value map of each generation is drawn. With the reliable star wheel loading mechanism, the solution process is simplified and the design is more reasonable. Thus provides a theoretical reference and reference for the design of roadheader.
