介绍了一种 Fe/ C纳米复合材料的制备方法。二茂铁与萘的混合物在惰性气体 (N2 )保护下于 42 0℃进行自升压共热解反应 ,反应在 42 0℃停留 2 h~ 6 h。可获得一类纳米级 (2 0 nm~ 5 0 nm)单质铁粒子均匀分散于炭基体中的特殊复合材料。延长反应时间 ,炭中的金属粒子的直径略有增加。作为对其性能的评价 ,对该纳米复合材料的磁性能进行了测试 ,结果表明它在常温下表现出典型的软磁性能。
A preparation method of Fe / C nanocomposites is introduced. The mixture of ferrocene and naphthalene undergoes a self-rising co-pyrolysis reaction under the protection of inert gas (N2) at 4200C, and the reaction stays at 4200C for 2 h to 6 h. A special kind of nano-scale (20nm ~ 50nm) single iron particles are uniformly dispersed in the carbon matrix composite materials. Extending the reaction time slightly increased the diameter of the metal particles in the charcoal. As an evaluation of its performance, the magnetic properties of the nanocomposites were tested and the results showed that it exhibits typical soft magnetic properties at room temperature.
