通过对一位新手男幼儿教师的深度访谈,分析Z教师的职业认同水平。笔者从职业追求、职业情感、职业成长、职业能力、人际支持五个维度进行分析。结果显示:(1)Z教师的职业认同总体水平较低。(2)工资待遇、社会地位和偏见、教龄、工作氛围是影响Z教师职业认同水平的主要因素。(3)Z教师职业认同的五个方面呈现不均衡发展态势。
Through an in-depth interviews with a novice boy and toddler teacher, the level of professional identity of teacher Z is analyzed. The author analyzes the five dimensions of career pursuit, career emotion, career growth, professional ability and interpersonal support. The results show that: (1) Z teachers occupational recognition is generally low. (2) Wages, social status and prejudice, teaching age, working atmosphere are the main factors affecting the level of Z teachers’ professional recognition. (3) The five aspects of the Z teachers’ occupational identification show an unbalanced development trend.
