随着改革、开放的进一步发展,生猪经营全部放开,肉类企业的经济结构发生了急剧的变化,迫使以宰猪为主的经济结构转向以肉制品生产经营为主的经济结构。特别是企业由计划经济向社会主义市场经济转换时期,市场经济的特征和功能对肉制品的质量提出更高的要求,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中谋生存求发展,必须在质量管理手段、稳步提高产品质量等方面,都要有超常意识和发展。
With the further development of reform and opening up, all hog operations have been liberalized, and the economic structure of meat companies has undergone drastic changes, forcing the economic structure that focuses on hog-sweeping pigs to shift to an economic structure dominated by the production and management of meat products. In particular, when enterprises shift from a planned economy to a socialist market economy, the characteristics and functions of market economy put forward higher requirements on the quality of meat products. Enterprises must seek quality control measures in order to survive and thrive in fierce market competition. In order to steadily improve product quality, we must have extraordinary awareness and development.
