太湖蓝藻暴发,无锡饮用水危机引起广泛关注。据了解,在太湖总氮总磷污染源中,工业污染的比重趋于下降,农业面源污染和城市生活污染的比重趋于增加。目前城市生活垃圾成为环境污染的重要源头,而其中餐厨垃圾就占了一半多。因此,根治太湖污染,就要从源头上治理城市生活垃圾包括餐厨垃圾,而生物治污技术正是这方面安全绿色的方法之一。推广生物治污有三个关键:一是选择适用的先进技术,二是设计有效的商业运作模式,三是政府配套政策支持。这份报告在对宜兴环科园国豪公司调查的基础上,提出通过政府配套政策支持,积极推行TMC模式,促进餐厨垃圾和其他有机垃圾生物处理技术加快推广应用。这是利国利民的好事,也是迫在眉睫的大事。
Outbreak of blue-green algae in Taihu Lake, Wuxi drinking water crisis caused widespread concern. It is understood that in Taihu Lake total nitrogen phosphorus sources, the proportion of industrial pollution tends to decline, agricultural non-point source pollution and urban living pollution tends to increase the proportion. At present, municipal solid waste has become an important source of environmental pollution, of which food waste accounted for more than half. Therefore, to eradicate pollution in Taihu Lake, it is necessary to treat municipal solid waste including food waste from the source, and bio-pollution control technology is one of the safe and green methods in this respect. There are three key ways to promote bio-polluting. One is to choose suitable advanced technology, the other is to design an effective business mode of operation. The third is government supportive policies. Based on a survey of the state-ho company in Yixing Central Branch Park, this report proposes to actively promote the TMC model through government supportive policies and promote the promotion and application of food waste and other organic waste biological treatment technologies. This is a good thing for the benefit of the country and the people, but also an imminent event.
