125 MN双柱快速锻造液压机本体模态分析

应用有限元软件MSC.Marc对125 MN快速锻造液压机本体模态进行了求解,获得了本体前四阶固有频率和振型,分析了各阶振型产生原因及其对工作状态的影响,发现移动工作台及其液压缸是本体的薄弱环节,需加强其支撑和连接刚度;考察了不同行程时本体固有频率和振型的变化趋势,结果表明:随行程增大,本体一阶模态频率几乎呈线性增加,但增加幅度较小;活动横梁处于最高位置时,本体一阶模态频率最低。 The finite element software MSC.Marc was used to solve the ontology modal of 125 MN rapid forging hydraulic press. The first four orders of natural frequencies and mode shapes of the main body were obtained. The causes of each mode shape and its influence on working conditions were analyzed. The working table and its hydraulic cylinder are the weak links of the main body, so the support and connection rigidity of the worktable need to be strengthened. The variation tendency of the natural frequency and the mode shape of the main body during different travels are investigated. The results show that with the increase of the stroke, It shows a linear increase, but with a small increase. When the movable beam is in the highest position, the first-order modal frequency of the body is the lowest.
