教师的专业成长不仅关系到教师个人素质的提升,更是关系到学生的发展,是一所学校师资队伍建设的关键所在。然而当前许多学校中的教师的专业成长遭遇了一些困境,如专业技能提升缓慢、教科研缺乏生机、普遍存在的职业倦怠感等,这些都或多或少制约和影响着教师的专业化成长,本研究以中职学校为案例,提出了促进中职教师专业成长的一些策略:坚持写教学反思,坚持做教育叙事研究,积极参加各项教学评优比赛等,学校和教师个人共同努力来促进中职教师的专业成长。
The professional growth of teachers is not only related to the improvement of personal qualities of teachers, but also to the development of students. It is the key to the construction of a school faculty. However, the current professional growth of teachers in many schools has encountered some difficulties, such as the slow promotion of professional skills, the lack of vitality in teaching and research, the prevalence of job burnout, etc., which all more or less restrict and influence the professional growth of teachers. In this study, a case study of secondary vocational schools was put forward to promote the professional growth of secondary vocational teachers. Some strategies were insisted on writing teaching reflections, insisting on the study of educational narratives, actively participating in various teaching evaluation competitions, promoting joint efforts of schools and individual teachers Secondary professional teachers’ professional growth.
