近几年来,随着人们日常用电需求的加大,电力企业已经成为我国社会和经济发展过程中不可或缺的重要组成部分。县级供电企业要坚持贯彻和执行“三集五大”管理体系,不断健全和完善供电企业的日常管理制度,促进我国县级供电企业人力资源管理的优化配置。笔者通过对当前我国县级供电企业人力资源管理过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出相应的解决措施,以提高我国县级供电企业的人力资源管理水平。
