当前整个钢铁行业产能严重过剩,加之节能减排及环保工作的高要求,不少企业面临亏损,行业已进入深冬季节,钢铁企业正承受着前所未有的生存及竞争压力。与此同时,员工的思想状况呈现出多样化态势,企业的凝聚力出现了下降趋势。处于多面夹击状态下的钢铁企业要摆脱当前困境,不仅需要快速推进自身转型升级,而且更需要凝聚全体员工的力量,同心协力、共度难关。为此,就如何增强转型发展过程中钢铁企业的凝聚力,笔者进行了以下探讨:
At present, the entire steel industry has a serious overcapacity. In addition to the high requirements of energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection, many enterprises are facing losses and the industry has entered a deep winter season. Steel companies are under unprecedented pressure of survival and competition. At the same time, the staff’s ideological status showed a diversity of situations, and the cohesion of enterprises showed a downward trend. In a multi-faced attack state, the iron and steel enterprises must get rid of the current difficulties and not only need to rapidly promote their own transformation and upgrading, but also need to pool the efforts of all employees and make concerted efforts to weather the storm. To this end, on how to enhance the cohesion of iron and steel enterprises in the process of transformation and development, the author conducted the following discussion:
