目的：探讨Ｘ综合征患者有无胰岛素抵抗及其在Ｘ综合征中的作用。方法：观察１３例Ｘ综合征患者（Ｘ综合征组）和１５例正常人（正常对照组）血胰岛素水平，胰岛素敏感性指数，以及Ｘ综合征患者左心室收缩功能。结果：Ｘ综合征组患者空腹血糖，空腹胰岛素及胰岛素敏感性指数明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ均＜０．０１），其中４例左心室功能减弱。结论：①Ｘ综合征患者存在高胰岛素血症和胰岛素抵抗。②部分患者可能存在不同程度的收缩功能减弱。
Objective: To investigate the presence or absence of insulin resistance in patients with syndrome X and its role in syndrome X. Methods: The levels of insulin, insulin sensitivity index and left ventricular systolic function in 13 patients with syndrome X (Syndrome X) and 15 normal controls (normal control group) were observed. Results: The fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin and insulin sensitivity index in patients with syndrome X were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (all P <0.01), and 4 patients had weakened left ventricular function. Conclusion: ①X syndrome patients with hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance. ② some patients may have varying degrees of contractile function weakened.
