本文阐述了组织行为学中关于组织结构与组织结构变革的概念,介绍了职能型组织结构、项目型组织结构和矩阵型组织结构及其各自的优劣势。基于民用飞机批生产阶段的生产运营属性与要求,文章展开了对联络工程组织架构提出优化需求的讨论,通过系统梳理联络工程职能,建议加入架次管理构建矩阵型组织结构,以便提高民用飞机批生产过程中联络工程对生产制造现场工程技术问题的响应能力和效率,保障生产运营活动按计划开展。
This paper expounds the concept of organizational structure and organizational structure change in organizational behavior, and introduces the functional organizational structure, project organizational structure and matrix organizational structure and their respective strengths and weaknesses.
