详细介绍了一种新型双线制本质安全型先导回路控制器。着重分析了其工作原理及线路故障的保护原理，并对其构成、功能特点及用途作了有针对性的介绍。该先导控制器克服了传统的三线制本质安全型先导控制器固有的缺点，其在EBJ—160型掘进机电控系统中的成功应用，说明其完全可替代防爆磁力启动器中的三线制本质安全型先导控制器。
A new type of two-wire intrinsically safe pilot circuit controller is introduced in detail. The principle of protection of its working principle and circuit fault is analyzed emphatically, and its composition, function characteristic and purpose are pointedly introduced. The pilot controller overcomes the inherent shortcomings of the traditional three-wire intrinsically safe pilot controller. The successful application of the pilot controller in the EBJ-160 excavator electronic control system shows that it can replace the essence of the three-wire system in the explosion-proof magnetic starter Safety pilot controller.
