本文对平面变形条件下超塑板材气压成形V型槽过程进行了全面分析。将成形过程分为两个阶段,即板料与模具开始贴合之前的自由胀形过程和随后的充填过程。在一些基本假设的基础上,分别建立了描述这两个阶段的数学模型。用本文所提出的方法,可模拟气压恒定的成形过程;也可用来确定使成形过程在最佳应变速率下进行的最佳加压曲线,以便合理制定工艺参数。计算结果表明,型槽的角度对充填过程有很大影响。在分析过程中引入了相对压力p~·,使所得结果具有普遍意义。本文所提供的结果,对处理有关问题有指导意义。
In this paper, a comprehensive analysis is made on the process of forming V-shaped grooves in superplastic sheets under the condition of plane deformation. The forming process is divided into two stages, that is, the free bulging process and the subsequent filling process before the sheet and the mold begin to fit together. Based on some basic assumptions, mathematical models describing these two phases are respectively established. The method proposed in this paper can be used to simulate a constant pressure forming process. It can also be used to determine the optimum pressurizing curve for the forming process at the optimum strain rate for the purpose of rationalizing the process parameters. The calculation results show that the angle of the groove has a great influence on the filling process. The relative pressure p ~ · · is introduced in the analysis process, so that the results obtained have universal significance. The results provided in this article are instructive in addressing the issues involved.
