目的调查思明区若干高风险食品中镉污染状况,为预防和控制食源性疾病提供依据。方法依照GB/T5009.15-2003《食品中镉的测定》,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测并据国标评价。结果共检测样品186份,水产品、水产干制品和食用菌超标率分别为3.5%、41.2%和33.3%。结论建议加强环境保护力度,做好养殖业投入品和菌类培养剂的质量管理;推行食品安全质量管理体系;加强食品安全监测和风险评估,为标准制定提供科学依据。
Objective To investigate the status of cadmium pollution in a number of high-risk foods in Siming District, and provide a basis for prevention and control of foodborne diseases. Methods According to GB / T5009.15-2003 “Determination of cadmium in food”, using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and according to the national standard evaluation. Results A total of 186 samples were tested. The over-standard rates of aquatic products, dried seafoods and edible mushrooms were 3.5%, 41.2% and 33.3% respectively. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the environmental protection, do a good job in the quality management of aquaculture inputs and fungal culture agents, promote the food safety quality management system, and strengthen the food safety monitoring and risk assessment so as to provide a scientific basis for standard setting.
