利用 H Cl 和 H Cl O4 对不同方 法制备 的 Ti O2 进 行了表面 修饰,发 现经强 酸修 饰后 Ti O2 的光催化 活性有 明显提高 ,其中 H Cl 的修饰 效果好于 H Cl O4 . 使用 扫描隧道 显微镜/ 扫描隧道 谱研究了修饰 前后 Ti O2 的表面 微结构 和表 面 电子 结构 , 发现 H Cl 和 H Cl O4 对 Ti O2 的 表 面修 饰 不 会对 Ti O2 的尺寸 和形状 产生明显 影响,但 可影响 Ti O2 表面电 子结构,减 少其表 面态浓度 ,使其表 面 Ecb负移, 表面 Eg 增加,并 最终提 高 Ti O2 的 光催化 活性
The surface modification of Ti O2 prepared by different methods by using H Cl and H Cl O4 showed that the photocatalytic activity of Ti O2 increased obviously with the modification of strong acid. The modification effect of H Cl was better than that of H Cl O4. The surface microstructures and surface electronic structures of Ti O2 before and after modification were studied by scanning tunneling microscopy and scanning tunneling spectroscopy. It was found that the surface modification of Ti O2 by H Cl and H Cl O4 did not significantly affect the size and shape of Ti O2. However, Can influence the electronic structure of Ti O2 surface, reduce its surface state concentration, negatively shift the surface Ecb, and increase the surface Eg, and finally increase the photocatalytic activity of Ti O2
