中国和日本是当今世界上的两大经济体,两国被东海隔开。从秦汉以来的绝大部分历史时期,两国交往甚密。然而,在近现代,两国开始交恶。虽然,两国邦交正常化已逾30多年,却一直处在政冷经热的状态下,特别是东海大陆架划界问题始终未能妥善解决。就两国存在的巨大分歧,本文从大陆架的概念、大陆架划界的相关规定以及东海大陆架划界中双方的态度和依据进行了分析,提出要把握时机、循序渐进,公平、公正、合理地解决中日东海大陆架问题。
China and Japan are the two largest economies in the world today, separated by the East China Sea. During the vast majority of historical periods since the Qin and Han dynasties, the two countries have had close exchanges. However, in the modern era, the two countries started to commit evil. Although the normalization of diplomatic relations between the two countries has been normalized for more than 30 years, it has always been under the condition of political coldness and heat and the issue of demarcation of the continental shelf in the East China Sea, for example, has not been properly solved. In the light of the huge differences between the two countries, this article analyzes the concepts and bases of the continental shelf, the continental shelf demarcation and the demarcation of the continental shelf in the East China Sea. It proposes that we should seize the opportunity to solve the problems in a gradual, fair, just and reasonable manner The East China Sea shelf issue.
