在新的社会背景下,随着社会经济的飞速发展,我国逐渐进入到经济时代。在这样的条件下,市场上各个行业都开始大力的发展起来,企业的竞争力在不断地提升,并取得了较好的成就。在企业的内部管理之中,人力资源的管理是极为重要的,它是企业发展过程中重要的一部分。人力资源的管理不仅可以让企业拥有一大批优秀的人才,使企业人力资源增值,还能促进企业的可持续发展。本文对新经济时代下的人力资源的管理现状进行了分析,并简单的阐述了人力资源的激励机制。
