目的 探讨供肾保存新技术。方法 用自制的器官保存液 (GPC Ⅱ 3)以间歇低温灌流保存的方法 ,对兔肾进行 0~ 1 92h的连续保存 ,观察其形态结构的变化。结果 肾脏在保存 0~1 2 0h期间的组织结构正常 ,保存到 1 4 4h时 ,肾脏的光镜下结构也基本正常 ,但电镜下见肾小管上皮线粒体嵴明显减少等改变。结论 用GPC Ⅱ 3保存液以间歇低温灌流法 ,能在形态结构上保存兔肾 1 2 0h ,是有效的器官保存方法。
Objective To investigate the new technique of renal preservation. Methods Rabbit kidney was preserved continuously for 0-192h with a homemade organ preservation solution (GPC Ⅱ 3) under intermittent hypothermic perfusion preservation. Morphological changes were observed. Results The histological structure of the kidneys during the storage period from 0 to 120 h was normal. When preserved to 144 h, the structures of the kidneys under light microscopy were basically normal. However, the mitochondrial cristae of the renal tubular epithelium were significantly reduced under electron microscopy. Conclusion It is an effective organ preservation method that GPC Ⅱ 3 preservative solution can be preserved in morphological structure for 120 hours by intermittent cryogenic perfusion method.
