在已研究放大型针板内表面换热特性的基础上,在大尺寸低速回流风洞内,实验研究了5套真实尺寸针板实验件的整体冷却效果.研究结果表明:针板具有很好的冷却效果,孔间距与气膜孔径对冷却效果有很大影响,孔间距越小,气膜孔径越大冷却效果越好;扰流柱直径的变化对针板冷却效果影响较小;当吹风比一定时,主流速度的变化对针板冷却效果影响亦比较小,吹风比是影响气膜冷却效果的根本原因.
