面对学校存在的大班额实际情况,在长期的教育教学实践中深深认识到学生在学习能力,知识积累等方面存在很大的差异,为了解决优等生吃不饱,学困生吃不了的问题。通过学习相关理论和调查研究,实施了在大班额下分层作业设计方法的探索,以下是我的具体做法及体会。一、科学合理实施作业分层学生的差异是客观存在的,针对学生的认知结构、个体差异、智力发展水平、认知水平及学习能力的差异等情况,积极采取分层作业设计的方法。1.明确问题做到因材施教。以往的教学中在作业设计方面存在以下问题:作业要求一统化、作业布置随意性、作业数量偏差化、作业形式单一化等,要求所有学生在一定时间内完成同一作业内容,期望达到同一目标,这样就忽视了学生的个性差异,单调无聊的作业成了例行公事,激发不了学生的兴趣。如何做到因材施教,让每个学生都能够得到最大程度的发展是亟待解决的问题。

How to do things in accordance with their aptitude so that every student can get the most development is an urgent problem to be solved.
