番木瓜(Carica papaya)叶子罹致环斑花叶病,引起叶绿素和蛋白质含量的降低。罹病叶片的叶绿素和蛋白质含量分别为健叶的79.7%和58.3%。罹病叶片的RUBP 羧化酶和PEP 羧化酶活性分别为健叶的37.2%和53.2%。RUBP羧化酶与PEP 羧化酶活性比从健叶的7.22降至5.01。环斑花叶病侵染对RUBP羧化酶活性的影响较PEP 羧化酶大。罹病叶子的苹果酸酶和苹果酸脱氢酶活性亦较健叶的低,分别为健叶的68.5%和44.8%。环斑花叶病侵染可能引起叶子光吸收和二氧化碳羧化能力的降低,从而影响植株的生长和果实的产量。
Leaves of Carica papaya suffer from ring spot mosaic disease, causing a decrease in chlorophyll and protein content. The leaf chlorophyll and protein content of diseased leaves were 79.7% and 58.3% of healthy leaves, respectively. The RUBP carboxylase and PEP carboxylase activities of diseased leaves were 37.2% and 53.2% of healthy leaves, respectively. The ratio of RUBP carboxylase to PEP carboxylase activity was reduced from 7.22 in the leaf to 5.01. Rhizoctonia mosaic infection on RUBP carboxylase activity than PEP carboxylase. The phytase and malate dehydrogenase activities of diseased leaves were also lower than that of healthy leaves, which were 68.5% and 44.8% of healthy leaves, respectively. Ring spot mosaic infection may cause leaf light absorption and carbon dioxide carboxylation reduced, thus affecting plant growth and fruit yield.
