从全国来看,一些企业的工艺管理体制都经历了几番“今天河东、明天河西”,这是我们对企业工艺工作的一个认识、实践,再认识的过程。近年来通过机电行业的工艺纪律检查,使人们认识到,要达到长期地、稳定地生产优质产品,没有一个科学的工艺管理体制是不可能实现的。现就单件小批、大成套生产特点的企业,采用什么样工艺管理体制为宜的问题,我们试用系统工程理论进行探讨。 From a national point of view, the process management systems of some companies have experienced several “today, the east of the river and the west of the river”.
