一、概述 在修井作业中,打捞筒在套管内打捞抽油杆、油管、钻杆等时,除要有足够的提拉力外,工具的总体尺寸还受到套管内空间的限制。为此,我们对现场工况作了初步调查,根据各油田修井作业的不同特点和具体要求,参考美国波汶工具公司150系列捞筒的结构特点,设计出在4(1/2)″、5″、5(1/2)″套管内打捞1(1/2)″、2″、2(1/2)″、3″平式油管、油管接箍、加厚油管的加厚部位的可退式油管打捞筒(以下简称捞筒),尺寸规格见表。为使工具达到经济效果好,通用性强,可设计成用一个总成更换少量零件便可扩大被打捞落鱼尺寸范围的捞筒。在打捞套管内油管,尤其是在大井眼中打捞直径较小的落鱼迅速有效。因此,油管捞筒是修井作业中一种得心应手的工具。
