学困生,顾名思义,就是学习上暂时困难的学生。一提到学困生,大多数教师都会头疼:不仅学习不好,纪律还散漫。然而,学困生作为班级里不可或缺的一分子,他们是必然存在的。所以,学困生的转化工作是班级管理的一项重要工作。如何转化学困生,被作为一个重要课题摆在教师面前。研究学困生的形成过程,不难发现学生造成学困的原因是多方面的,有基础差、新旧知识衔接不上造成的,有生理因素造成的,有家庭因素造成的等,其转化都比较棘手。所以,教师就要对学生进行长期、耐心、细致的思想教育,更重要的是应对学困生从心理上真诚地去关心、爱护和理解,做到相互沟通、情感交融,向他们伸出友爱之手,立足于感化,以情动人,以理服人,工作才有成效,下面简要谈一些做法。
