应用 ̄(131)Ⅰ标记的单克隆抗体C_(50)对11例乳腺癌患者及2例正常人进行放射性核素生物导向诊断,结果8例呈阳性显像,其中7例术后经病理证实,另1例术后切下的7个淋巴结常规病理检查未找到癌细胞,免疫组化证实淋巴窦腔内存在癌胚抗原及抗原-抗体免疫复合物。3例显像阴性者术后病理检查未找到癌细胞。2例正常对照者(4侧腋窝)均阴性显像。木研究证明:该方法诊断乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移灶可以准确定性、定位,对指导临床手术有一定价值。
A biotinylated radionuclide was used to diagnose 11 cases of breast cancer and 2 cases of normal persons using ̄(131)I-labeled monoclonal antibody C_(50). The results were positive in 8 cases, of which 7 cases were confirmed by pathology after operation. The other 1 case had no cancerous cells found in the pathological examinations of the 7 lymph nodes. Immunohistochemistry confirmed that there were carcinoembryonic antigen and antigen-antibody immune complexes in the lymphatic sinus cavity. Three of the patients with negative imaging did not find cancer cells after pathological examination. Two cases of normal controls (four axillary fossa) were negative. Wood study proves that this method can be used to diagnose the axillary lymph node metastases of breast cancer with certainty and positioning, which has certain value in guiding clinical surgery.
